Barre was developed as a rehabilitative method in 1950’s by an injured ballerina. Origin’s Barre classes value these therapeutic roots, mixing elements of Pilates, dance, yoga & functional training for no-impact full body workout.
Functional Fitness
Our functional fitness classes offer customized circuit training to increase metabolism, build strength & elevate cardiovascular endurance. With a constantly changing regime, this class challenges your body & mind every time.

Strength Training
Origin offers a wide variety of strength training options including: dumbbells, kettle bells, barbells, a squat-rack, full sized Olympic Lifting pad, jerk boxes & competition plates. Dropping weights? No Problem!

My mission is to inspire others to make positive life-changes on and off of the mat. With over 1,000 hours of training and almost 2-decades of teaching yoga and fitness classes, I feel blessed to hold role of teacher and share my passion, energy and practice with others.
