Class Details: (30min) Short on time? Not to worry, in just 30 minutes you’ll get a fantastic full-body HIIT workout! Class includes warm up & cool down + 13 exercise stations. Easy to modify and accessible for all body and fitness types. Don’t have weights? Use a bottle or jug of water instead!
A quick, 30min Bootcamp class consisting of 1 round of 13 weighted circuit training exercises to rev up your metabolism, build strength and elevate your cardiovascular endurance. Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells recommended. Don’t have dumbbells? Use a jug of water instead! Class includes warm up & cool down and 13 exercise stations. Each station is 1 minute of exercise followed by 30 seconds rest. This class is easy to modify and accessible for all. This class was recorded with background music.
Recommended Equipment: Dumbbells or kettlebells or a bottle/jug of water (1 gal = 8.3lbs).

- Plank (bodyweight)
- Weighted squats
- Bent over rows
- Standing back fly
- Stiff-leg dumbbell deadlifts (Nicole) or Conventional KB deadlifts (iliah)
- Chest Press in Bridge Position
- Glute Bridge lifts w/ static chest press
- Weighted sit-ups
- Reverse lunge bicep curls
- Curtsey lunge hammer curls
- Standing tricep presses w/calf raises
- Seated single arm dumbbell press
