Description

Origin Barre Fitness: A low-impact full-body workout utilizing small, isometric movements to safely and effectively stabilize and strengthen your entire body. Evolved from the original Lotte Berk Method, Yoga and Pilates and set to fun upbeat music.

This class includes: single standing leg lifts, wide turn out and parallel thigh work, core work at a wall, tabletop and standing pretzel for seat work.

Recommended Equipment: a yoga mat, a stable surface or portable barre, and a pair of light dumbbell weights (1-3 lbs).

    Loved this class! I didn’t need any special equipment to complete the workout at home. I also really gained insight from Nicole’s detailed descriptions of each move and its purpose. The work becomes more valuable when I know the small muscle groups that are being developed and how that adds overall strength and stability for my body. I will be taking this class again!
