Class Details: (54min) Warm up & cool down + 3 rounds of 8 exercise stations. 1 min each station + 30sec rest. Easy to modify; accessible for all body and fitness types. Don’t have weights? Use a bottle or jug of water instead!
This Bootcamp class consists of 3 rounds of 8 weighted circuit training exercises to rev up your metabolism, build strength and elevate your cardiovascular endurance. All you need is a single dumbbell, kettlebell, or even a jug of water for this full-body bootcamp class. It’s an interval workout that combines strength training and cardiovascular work to create functional fitness, agility and mobility. Class begins with a warm up and ends with a cool down stretch. This class is designed for all levels and modifications are provided.
Recommended Equipment: Dumbbells or Kettlebells or a bottle/jug of water (1 gal = 8.3lbs).
